Whether you\u2019ve worked as an aftersales advisor, service manager, parts specialist, or warranty administrator, this is your opportunity to support our company growth and make a real impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing the PINEWOOD.AI platform into new and existing Automotive retailers across the UK and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring a high-quality implementation process, and continuously reviewing the way we do things to ensure we deliver high-quality implementations each time<\/li>\n<li>Working\u00a0closely\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0customer\u00a0to\u00a0understand\u00a0their\u00a0needs,\u00a0setting\u00a0up\u00a0and\u00a0selecting\u00a0the\u00a0appropriate\u00a0parameters,\u00a0and\u00a0ensuring\u00a0the\u00a0system\u00a0is\u00a0set\u00a0up\u00a0correctly\u00a0prior\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0&#8216;Go\u00a0Live&#8217;\u00a0date<\/li>\n<li>Providing\u00a0onsite\u00a0and\u00a0remote\u00a0consultancy\u00a0to\u00a0our\u00a0customers\u00a0as\u00a0needed<\/li>\n<li>Delivering\u00a0informative\u00a0and\u00a0clear\u00a0training\u00a0sessions\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0they\u00a0get\u00a0the\u00a0maximum\u00a0value\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0system<\/li>\n<li>To continuously develop your system knowledge including parameters, functionality, and integrations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business.
