Last month we announced a rebrand for Pinewood – now Pinewood Automotive Intelligence™ (Pinewood.AI), our new name, brand identity and strategy is future-focused and future-proof.
Our contemporary brand look puts tech at the heart of the business, priming the business for expansion into multiple global markets. The new brand ID was announced to investors in London at our first Capital Markets Day on 24th October 2024.
During the event, Bill Berman (CEO), Ollie Mann (CFO), and other senior leaders from across the business provided a detailed update on the company’s strategy, demonstrating how our industry-leading product offering and strong competitive position will enable us to drive global growth.

We believe this reinvigorated proposition will further enhance the steps we have already taken to strengthen our go-to-market function and deliver on the exciting plans we have for the future.”
The event touched on our strategic partnership with Lithia, which provides access to the extremely lucrative North American market. Currently we are on course to begin piloting the system in Lithia’s US stores in the second half of 2025, before the full North American system rollout starts during 2026.

The rebrand follows our $4.2 million investment in Dubai-based AI firm, Seez, in September 2024. Among other updates, the Pinewood.AI system will be enhanced with an artificial intelligence capability, to automatically look for actionable insights across the entire customer journey: sourcing, buying, selling, servicing, and repairing. The capability will also extend to the back of house functions allowing for more efficient running of the overarching business.
