Pinewood.AI is currently seeking an experienced automotive dealership professional to join our growing Training & Implementation team. Whether your background is in dealership accounting, aftersales service, parts, or warranty, this is your opportunity to drive impact by helping our customers adopt and maximize the value of our Pinewood.AI system.

What to Expect

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our dealership customers across the Accounts, Sales, and Aftersales modules.
  • Configuring and implementing Pinewood.AI software accurately and efficiently for automotive dealerships, both onsite and remotely.
  • Speaking Vietnamese and English fluently to communicate effectively with customers in Vietnam and internationally.
  • Analyzing dealership operations to tailor system configuration to customer-specific processes.
  • Training dealership users on accounting functionalities (invoicing, ledger reconciliation, financial reporting) and operational modules (service, parts, warranty management).
  • Providing ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Staying up to date with system updates, integrations, and new functionalities

Requirements

You’ll be an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. Your problem-solving mindset and understanding of the automotive industry will be key to your success.

You will also need:

  • To be based in Vietnam, and be fluent in both Vietnamese and English for effective communication with customers.
  • Solid experience in the automotive dealership industry, ideally in accounting, service, parts, or warranty roles. Experience in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with using or implementing dealership management systems (DMS).
  • Experience of using Pinnacle/Pinewood DMS/Pinewood.AI, or accounting software in an automotive environment is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of core financial processes (balance sheets, VAT returns, reconciliations) and dealership operations (service workflows, parts inventory, warranty claims).
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills to handle multiple projects and support tickets simultaneously.
  • Logical and detail-oriented thinking, especially when handling complex financial workflows.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and high work ethic.
  • To be comfortable with remote work and travel across the country for onsite dealership visits when required.
  • A genuine desire to learn continuously and become an expert in the Pinewood.AI platform.
  • To have a full, clean driving licence.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience using the Pinewood DMS in a dealership environment.
  • Familiarity with service scheduling, parts inventory management, warranty claims, and aftersales reporting.
  • Knowledge of how technology can optimise workshop efficiency, customer retention, and revenue opportunities in aftersales departments.
