Bill Berman
Chief Executive Officer
Bill joined the company on 18 April 2019 as a Non-Executive Director, and became Chief Executive Officer on 19 February 2020.
Formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of AutoNation, the largest automotive retailer in America, Bill has executive experience in the effective deployment of automotive technology management systems, enabling him to provide effective leadership of Pinewood’s Board and advise in relation to the Company’s future strategy.
Ollie Mann
Chief Financial Officer
Ollie joined the company in December 2005. He previously worked at Deloitte, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
He has held a number of senior finance roles across the then wider organization including Group Financial Controller and Director of Group Finance. Ollie had a key role in the disposal of the UK Motor and Leasing divisions of the Company to Lithia Motors, Inc. Ollie’s accounting, financial and investor relations experience adds significant value to the Board.
Kim Costello
Chief Marketing Officer
Kim joined the company in June 2024 having previously been the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Pendragon PLC, the UK’s Leading Automotive Retailer.
Prior to that Kim spent seven years at AutoNation and five years in professional sports, including time at The Miami Dolphins of the National Football League acting in a chief of staff capacity to the CEO and Ownership.
Steve Meadows
Chief Commercial Officer
Steve joined Pinewood in 1997 initially leading the implementation of large dealer group systems, then building a Development Team focused on innovation with an understanding of automotive business.
As Product Director he led the evolution of Pinewood DMS as a Global cloud solution. Most recently, as Commercial Director he has focused on building strategic relationships with OEMs and large dealer groups and importers to develop a platform for international growth.
Kieran Kelly
Chief Technology Officer
Kieran has extensive experience in software engineering and development. Kieran joined Pinewood in 2001, where he played a crucial role in the early-stage development of the SaaS Pinewood system. He spearheaded the successful transition to Azure cloud hosting, leading a team of over 100 developers and contributing significantly to the company's technological advancement. Kieran is an integral part of Pinewood's next growth phase, encouraging his now 100-plus team to continue delivering an exceptional SaaS system and ensure Pinewood is at the forefront with new ideas.
Di Hopper
Chief People Officer
Di has had extensive experience in both small and large organisations, in family and plc ran businesses. She has transformation experience across a variety of sectors, for example, pharma, nuclear, tech and retail.
She has been part of organisations that want and need to change to get to the next level of growth or to be in readiness for an IPO or sale with her approach bringing curiosity, empathy and commitment to action.
Her recent positions include leading a multi-billion FMCG global category organisation transformation, rebranding and cultural change in addition to recently leading a back to profit people centric change programme across a UK based business.
