Giveaway Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A GIVEAWAY ITEM.
Sponsor. The giveaway is sponsored by Pinewood North America LLC (“Sponsor”) a Delaware Limited Liability Company with a principal place of business at 500 E Broward Blvd Suite 1025 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33394.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible.
Giveaway Description. Participants who represent automotive dealers or OEMs who register for and attend an in-person product demo at the Pinewood.AI booth (7707N) during the NADA event in Las Vegas, Nevada, may receive one (1) digital notebook with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $200 USD.
How to Participate. Participation is only applicable from February 4th – 6th of 2026. Giveaways will be reserved for the first 50 demos booked for each day of the event, based on the date and time the booking is made, not the time of the demo meeting.
To participate:
• Register for a Pinewood.AI demo during the event, and
• Attend the scheduled demo in full at the Pinewood.AI booth.
Limit one (1) giveaway item per person, while supplies last.
No Purchase Required. No purchase, payment, or contractual commitment is required to participate or receive a giveaway item.
Quantity & Availability. Giveaway items are available to the first 150 eligible participants who complete registration and attend a demo. Once all giveaway items have been distributed, the promotion will end.
Odds of receiving a giveaway item depend on the number of eligible participants and availability of items.
Substitution & No Cash Value. The giveaway item:
• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• May not be substituted or redeemed for cash, credit, or other items
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a giveaway item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Taxes. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of the giveaway item, if applicable.
Publicity. By accepting the giveaway item, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, title, company, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen giveaway items, or for any technical issues, registration errors, or event-related disruptions. The prize is “as is” and the Sponsor gives no warranties.
Privacy. Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used for follow-up communications related to the demo, products, and services.
Governing Law. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
