PINEWOOD.AI OFFERS DEALERS SEVEN-DAY GO LIVE WITH SUITE OF AI PRODUCTS, CARS, COMPATIBLE WITH ANY DMS

Pinewood.AI, the leading cloud-based full-service technology provider to automotive retailers and OEMs, is equipping dealers and OEMs with AI capabilities in just seven days.

Having acquired Seez, the world’s first automotive AI company, earlier this year, Pinewood.AI is delivering on its promise to drive the adoption of AI tools in the UK and beyond, with its CARS (Connect, Assist, Reach and Serve) product suite. Each of the four Intelligence Solutions developed by Seez offers a host of AI communication competencies which are compatible with any DMS, meaning many of the features’ standalone products can be mixed and matched and are available to all dealers and OEMs, not just those using the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence™ Platform.

The swift set-up time and universal integration opportunities of the CARS suite has the potential to shift the landscape of how dealers are currently operating in 2026. Trained exclusively on automotive data, Pinewood.AI’s CARS intelligence solution is the world’s leading automotive AI product suite, providing customers with benefits that permeate all areas of their businesses. Connect is Pinewood.AI’s renamed digital concierge (formally AI Chat), which was first announced in June 2025. The Multi LLM-powered conversational AI engages customers instantly on dealer websites, WhatsApp or SMS, answering questions, recommending cars, and capturing qualified leads around the clock. Connect is already live in 25 countries, delivering 50,000 chat sessions for 2,000 dealers each month.

Assist is a conversational AI which sits on the internal dealership network, aimed at supporting service and sales advisors and call-center teams. It acts as a coach for new associates, helping them to learn systems and processes quicker. Developed by Seez, Assist, provides 50% quicker responses to queries, meaning teams spend less time searching and more time serving customers. It has shown to enable new hires to handle three times the number of enquiries following installation.

Planned for a Q1 2026 launch, Reach will pick up from sales teams to turn ‘lost leads’ into active sales. Reach proactively contacts potential customers with automated messaging and nudges to identify and create new appointment and test-drive opportunities which boosts conversion and after-hours engagement via email, WhatsApp and SMS.

Serve is Pinewood.AI’s aftersales solution, which enables dealerships to stay connected with customers post-sale. Serve identifies upcoming service opportunities and triggers its own personalized communication to prompt customers to book their next service appointment. Acting on its own, Serve drives engagement, increases service revenue, and keeps customers coming back. The tool’s automated campaigns and direct service scheduling have led customers to record a 13.9% increase in service revenue.
